Bundles: when they save and when they don't
Price each piece separately before you agree to a package.
Bundles of internet, TV, phone and streaming can save money, but often only for the first year, and they can make it harder to cut one service later.
Check
- What each piece costs on its own
- What the bundle costs after the promotion ends
- Contract length and early termination fees
- Equipment and "broadcast" or regional fees added on top
A simple test
If you would drop any part of the bundle if it were sold separately, price the bundle without it.
